If you are having trouble making picks, please follow the following troubleshooting steps to see if the issue can correct itself:
- Force quit the application
- Log out and log back into your app
- Ensure you have the latest version of the application
- Reset or change the WIFI connection
Issues making picks are almost always location-related. Please ensure location services are turned on for the Betr app specifically.
If issues persist, please try deleting & re-downloading the application.
