If your card number is different but the account number from the issuing bank provider is unchanged, then transactions can still be processed to the card. Normally the account number remains the same when debit card numbers change, but this is not always the case. If the account number has changed, please contact support before proceeding with your withdrawal request. If you no longer have access to a card used to make a prior deposit, please contact support prior to submitting your withdrawal request. Enhanced verification will need to be performed to remove a payment method.
