To self-exclude your gaming account, you must contact our Support Team at support@betr.app or go into Your Gaming Account settings from the App: Player Profile Icon> Responsible Gaming > Self Exclusion > Select the time (1 year, 3 years, 5 years, lifetime)> Add> Confirm last 4 of your SSN and Zip code> Accept the acknowledgment> Enter. Once you Self-Exclude, you won't be able to play again until the time that you've selected has finished.
