Refer-A-Friend, Give $25 Get $25 (Betr Sportsbook)

Description of Promotion: Welcome to the Refer-A-Friend, Give $25 Get $25 promotion (the “Promotion”), where participants and the referees they cause to sign up for a new Betr Sportsbook account using a referral link, will each receive a bonus available for use only on Betr Sportsbook (“Promotion Bonus Credits”) equal to Twenty Five Dollars ($25) once the referee meets the requirements set forth herein.

How to Participate:

• The Promotion period will begin on January 1, 2023, and end on December 31, 2023. 
• Send the invite link to join Betr Sportsbook to a friend.
• Your friend signs up, via his/her personal device, with Betr Sportsbook using your invite link.
• Your friend makes a real money deposit and places a real money bet of at least $10 with Betr Sportsbook.
• Both of you receive a $25 Promotion Bonus Credit with Betr Sportsbook (allow up to 72 hours for the Bonus Credit to be credited into your account).

Example:

• You sign-up, verify your identity, make a real money deposit, and place your first real money bet with Betr Sportsbook.
• You send your invite link to your friend or friends to join Betr Sportsbook.
• Your friend sign up, via his/her personal device(s), with Betr Sportsbook via your referral link.
• Your friend downloads the Betr Sportsbook app, creates an account, verifies his/her identity, makes a real money deposit, and places his/her first real money bet of $10 or more with Betr Sportsbook (“Qualifying Wager”).
• You and your friend each receive $25 in Promotion Bonus Credit with Betr Sportsbook within 72 hours.

More Details:

• Only real-money wagers will be considered as eligible (i.e., if a user places a bet using other accredited bonus credits these will be omitted from the calculation).
• Promotion is subject to a 1X wager-through restriction. For the avoidance of doubt, if a Participant earns $25 in Promotion Bonus Credits from a $10 Qualifying Wager, both individuals will need to wager $25 in bets from their bonus account balance before they can withdrawal. See Restrictions on Withdrawal section for more details.

Action Required: A referrer must obtain his/her unique referral link (“Referral Link”) from his/her Betr Sportsbook Account and cause any referee to sign up (on his/her personal device) for a new Betr Sportsbook Account using such Referral Link and become verified to gamble on Betr Sportsbook, and meet the wager requirement within twenty-eight (28) days of signing up (a “Referral”). For each legitimate and valid Referral, the referrer shall receive a Promotion Bonus Credit equal to Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) and the referee shall receive a Promotion Bonus Credit equal to Twenty-Five Dollars ($25).

Eligible Markets: All markets on the Betr Sportsbook are eligible to earn Promotion Bonus Credits, subject to these Promotion Official Rules.

Restrictions on Withdrawal: The Promotion Bonus Credits described herein will be issued in non-withdrawable cash that expires thirty (30) days after Sponsor credits your Betr Sportsbook Account. The Promotion Bonus Credits are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Only qualifying winnings from Promotion Bonus Credits are immediately withdrawable.
