Specific Market Rules.
Drive Related Markets:
Drive Result (Exact)/Drive Result (Grouped)
- All markets start on the first offensive snap of the ball. Any drives which are completed due to the end of the half or game, and do not explicitly result in one of the outcomes listed, will be void.
- “Score this drive” only means offensive score (that pick-6 doesn’t count).
- Touchdown is deemed the winner if the offensive team scores a touchdown.

- Turnover or Turnover on Downs or Safety - A turnover is classified as the defense gaining possession of the ball. The following will all be deemed as a turnover for settlement purposes: Interception, fumble recovery by the defense, defensive team scores a safety, or the offensive team fails to make a first down or score a touchdown on 4th down and gives possession to the opponent.
Drive Crosses X Yard Line Markets
- In the event of time expiring, the final spot of the ball, which could either be the forward progress of the ball during a play while time expires, or the line of scrimmage of a play that is not ran due to time expiring, will be considered the final yard line.
- If the ball is fumbled, settlement is determined on the yard line of the fumble. The line of scrimmage must be established past the yard line stated. The yard line crossed markets will result before halftime and when the game ends even if the drive isn’t completed.
- Other markets, however, will not result at halftimes and end of games.
- If an actionable yard line is crossed but there is a fumble or a penalty on the play, it does not count as crossing the yardline.

20+ Yard Passing/10+ Yard Rushing/20+ Yard Play This Drive
- The yardage statistic of plays is officially calculated after penalty assessment, but without penalty yardage. For example, a 12 yard pass play with an additional 10 yard penalty tacked on only counts for 12 yards, not 22 yards. Also, a 12 yard rush with penalty assessment 8 yards from the line of scrimmage will only count for 8 yards, not 12 yards.
Offensive/Defensive Penalty This Drive
- The penalty must be accepted for the market to settle “Yes” as a winner.
- Penalties committed on confirmed changes of possession will result in “No” settling as a winner.
Field Goal Made this Drive
- The offense must attempt a field goal on the drive for this market to settle, otherwise the market will void. A made field goal will settle “Yes” as a winner.
- A missed or blocked field goal will settle “No” as a winner.

Baseball
General Rules
- Game must start on the scheduled day (local stadium time) for bets to have action.
- Bets on games suspended after they have started will have action as long as the game is resumed within 36 hours of the original start time. If a suspended game is scheduled to be resumed more than 36 hours after the original start time, all bets will be void, unless the wager has been unequivocally determined prior to the game’s suspension. This applies unless otherwise stated (i.e., playoff game rule).
- If a game is terminated before becoming official, and is not scheduled to resume from where it was halted, all bets will be void, unless the wager was already determined (e.g., if a game is terminated in 3rd inning, settlement of the 1st inning over/under stands).
- For any pre-live props to have action, the game must go at least 9 innings (8.5 innings if home team is ahead), or 7 innings (6.5 innings if home team is ahead) in a 7-inning game, unless settlement has already been determined from an official, shortened, game
- Intentional walks will void the batter’s Plate Appearance, Pitch Result and Pitch Cound Markets.
- The official ruling made by Major League Baseball on what constitutes a plate appearance for a given player will be used for settlement purposes when determining whether the plate appearance was recorded.
- Anywhere we refer to “at-bat,” we are using the colloquial term for a plate appearance.
- Fielder’s choices result as an "out" even if the batter reaches base.
- A dropped 3rd strike counts as a strikeout for the batter but doesn't count as an out if he reaches base safely.
NOTE: As of May 17, 2023, the opposing pitcher and inning are no longer a requisite for settlement of plate appearance markets (Pitch Count, Pitch Count O/U, Exact, Grouped, Reach Base.)
Plate Appearance Pitch Count
- Settles as the total number of pitches thrown in the plate appearance. Automatic balls/strikes do not impact settlement.
- If a plate appearance is cut short (for example, due to an out on the basepaths that ends the inning), those pitches do not count towards settlement when the batter leads off the following inning.
- Balks do not count towards the total number of pitches.
Plate Appearance Result Exact
- “Reach on Error” includes: on error, failed fielder’s choice, and catcher interference
- Plate Appearance Result Exact will void on an intentional walk.

Yes will be settled as the winner when the batter walks and a runner is tagged out to end the inning.
- “No” will be settled as the winner if the specified player does not hit a home run or the result of the player’s plate appearance ends with that player not being on base (including scenarios such as the batter recording a hit but being thrown out attempting to stretch a hit into extra bases or the runner being tagged out to end the inning).
- Plate Appearance Result Reach Base will void on an intentional walk.

- Hit by pitch and pitch out are included in the settlement for “Ball”.

- Pitch clock and infield shift violations will not settle any pitch speed markets.
- Pitch speed will void for the current batter on an automatic walk.
- If a balk is called when a pitch is delivered, that pitch will not settle any pitch markets.
Half Inning 0.5 Strikeout Over Under
- A strikeout with a dropped third strike where the batter reaches safely will grade the market as Yes
Half Inning 2.5 Strikeout Over Under
- Predict if there will be over or under 2.5 strikeouts during the half inning. The strikeouts do not need to be consecutive. For example, a dropped third strike where the batter reaches safely, followed by a fly out, followed by two strikeouts, would grade the market as Yes.
Half Inning Home Run
- Inside-the-park home runs will grade the market as Yes.
Half-Inning Batters to the Plate
- Predict how many batters will step into the box. An official plate appearance does not need to be recorded.
- For example, the first two batters of the inning record outs. The third batter reaches safely. On a 2-0 count to the fourth batter, the runner is caught stealing. The market results as 4 batters to the plate.
Half Inning Hits Exact / Hits Over Under
- A base hit where the batter is thrown or tagged out stretching counts as a hit.
Half Inning Strikeout Exact
- A dropped third strike where the batter reaches counts toward the total number of strikeouts.
